All stays include:
- 24/7 Nursing and PSW support
- Furnished suite with individual climate control
- Three meals and snacks daily (all Tiers)
- Daily housekeeping and garbage removal (Tiers 2 & 3)
- Weekly laundering of towels and linens (all tiers)
- 24-hour emergency response system
- Utilities and Wi-Fi included

Tier 1 – Independent Stay
Perfect for seniors who value their independence but want the security of on-site support.
Enjoy a carefree stay with three meals daily, weekly housekeeping and linen service, and a full calendar of recreation and social programs. Light personal care assistance is available, and our 24-hour emergency response system ensures peace of mind around the clock. Heating, cooling, utilities, and Wi-Fi are all included.
Tier 2 – Caregiver Relief
Ideal for those who need a little extra daily support, and for caregivers who need a well-deserved break.
This tier provides medication administration (blister packs), daily housekeeping, and weekly personal laundry. Our compassionate team assists with bathing (once weekly), morning and evening dressing and hygiene, and transfers within your suite. From our RPNs and PSWs to our Resident Guest Attendants, care is delivered with dignity and respect.
Tier 3 – Post-Surgery & Rehabilitation Support
Designed for guests recovering from surgery or illness who need guided assistance to regain strength and confidence.
In addition to full daily care, medication support, and housekeeping, this tier includes personalized daily exercises tailored to your recovery needs. We also offer portering to meals and activities, and full transfer assistance in and out of your suite. Our skilled team works with you every step of the way to help you heal comfortably.
